
In our constant striving for excellence in the quality of airport services PJIAE does a monthly Quality Assessment Survey, which is analyzed and summarized by IATA, and published every 6 months by PJIAE.
The following information is taken from the Airport Quality Assessment Survey.
We have chosen to compare certain key areas from Quarter 1 2006 and Quarter 1 2007, which give a depiction of the overall satisfaction and improvements at PJIA.
As the charts illustrate you will see an increase in all these categories, namely; Overall Satisfaction, Ratings for airlines service areas, Airport image, and the Airport’s shopping experience.
The increase in these areas can be attested to the opening of the New Terminal Building in November 2006.
