Movements

A landing or take-off of an aircraft operating a scheduled or non-scheduled service; the arrival and departure
of people using an aircraft -or freight being carried by aircraft operating a scheduled or non-scheduled flight.

Passengers

Anyone on scheduled and non-scheduled flights, inlcuding non-paying people, airline personnel and infants.

Transit

Passenger arriving from one destination on a flight and landing at PJIAE, but whose final destination is not SXM.
These passengers do not deplane but remain on board the aircraft.

Overflights

Aircraft flying over SXM but not landing at PJIAE and handled by PJIAE's Air Traffic Control.
